How we work
NannyCare receives applications every day from people who wants to work as a Nanny. There are many requirements for being a Nanny and it is important that applicants have a relevant background. Therefore, essential experience that can be confirmed by at least one reference is a basic demand. NannyCare makes background and security controls. Accepted Nannies attends a training program and become certified. Certified Nannies are registered in a database with an available status until a match can be made with a family.
We have no start-up fees or subscriptions and only invoice when our customers use our services.

It's important that our Nannies can be safe and act professional. That is why all our Nannies are certified. The certification program consists of 4 trainings steps. The trainings give specific instructions on how a Nanny should behave and act in various part of the profession.

Our Nannies are also trained in First Aid, specialized on children from 0-12 years. Our Nannies and our services are insured by Länsförsäkringar. Swedish Resuscitation Council have guidelines and our trainings are proceeded according to them.
