2. Candidate suggestion
Soon after the first contact, we suggest a candidate for you. The presentation of the candidate consists of a video, a work summary, letters of recommendations etc.
3. The interview
If your wish to proceed after seeing the presentation, we will book an interview. The interview is a good opportunity for both parents and children to be familiar with the candidate.
4. Planning and follow-up
After the interview, you can approve the candidate or choose to interview a new candidate. When a family has approved a candidate, everything is ready for the assignment to start. Our customer support is always available and will recurrently follow up the assignment to ensure a high and convenient quality.
